I had terrible problems getting GPU-basecalling running again after the update of MinKNOW in september 2022.
After a downgrade von Xubunut 22.04 to 20.04, which didn't give the desired result, I reinstalled Xubuntu version 20.04 from scratch and slowly build up the system again while using following sources for the installation of the GPU-guppy-basecaller.
